Sarah has been in the industry for nearly 20 years and understands the affordable housing market in Scotland; coupled with her extensive network she is well placed to assist in delivering the optimum housing solution to meet our clients’ needs.

Tony Rankin joined Lovell in January 2024 as Regional Managing Director for Scotland, marking a significant moment in the region’s growth plans. With over two decades of comprehensive experience in the house building industry and a decade-long tenure in local government, Tony brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to his new role.

Previously serving as the Group Land Director at Robertson Residential Group and holding similar esteemed positions at various property developers, Tony's professional journey reflects a commitment to driving excellence and innovation in the housing building industry.

At Lovell, Tony assumes leadership with a clear vision to drive the business forward, leveraging its recent successes and expanding its market presence across Scotland, particularly in Central Scotland.
